This is a v0 placeholder shipped to wire the privacy notice at sign-up for the alpha compliance gate. It is not legal copy. Before inviting any external cohort, replace this entire section with a reviewed Privacy Policy that covers, at minimum:

data collected (account identity, self-declared age tier, character and gameplay data, telemetry)
the COPPA 13+ policy and consent posture (paired with #663)
the data-retention period and the data export / account-deletion path (paired with #664)
a breach-response contact / path

Ninjara is a private alpha. By creating an account you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement (13+) and agree to the placeholder terms above pending the final policy.
